Lead Times
- Samples: about 20 days (custom thicknesses/colours included)
- Bulk production: about 30 days after deposit & specification/artwork confirmation
- Re-orders of standard items: often faster — ask for current stock
Payment Terms
- 30% deposit by T/T to start production
- 70% balance by T/T before shipment
Minimum Order (MOQ)
- Samples: 1–10 sheets (sample fee + freight)
- Trial / small orders: from 50 sheets per specification, or mixed to fill a pallet
- Best EXW pricing: full-container load (FCL)
- Bamboo knitting needles: from 200 sets/pcs
- Crafts & small items: from 500–1,000 pcs
Small trial orders are welcome — tell us your target and we will advise the most cost-effective option.

Approximate sheet counts for our standard 2440 × 1220 mm panels (bamboo plywood, ~700 kg/m³). Use these to estimate freight per container.
