Incoterms We Offer

EXW (our specialty)

Ex-works from our factory — you arrange freight and get our lowest unit price. Ideal for buyers with their own forwarder.

FOB Shenzhen / Yantian

We handle export clearance and delivery to port. The most common term for full-container B2B orders.

CIF / DDP (subject to route)

CIF or DDP can be reviewed for eligible routes. The quotation must state which freight, duty, tax, customs and last-mile costs are included; availability is not universal.

Lead Times

  • Samples: timing is confirmed after the construction, thickness, colour, finish, acceptance points and courier route are reviewed.
  • Bulk production: timing starts only after specification, artwork where applicable, document scope, payment and current capacity are confirmed in the quotation.
  • Repeat orders: may be faster when the specification and materials are unchanged, subject to current stock and capacity.

Typical Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit by T/T to start production
  • 70% balance by T/T before shipment

The signed quotation or proforma invoice controls the actual payment schedule.

Indicative Minimum Order (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product, construction, finish and packing. The ranges below are planning guidance and must be confirmed in the quotation.

  • Samples: 1–10 sheets (sample fee + freight)
  • Trial / small orders: from 50 sheets per specification, or mixed to fill a pallet
  • Best EXW pricing: full-container load (FCL)
  • Bamboo knitting needles: from 200 sets/pcs
  • Crafts & small items: from 500–1,000 pcs

Figures are approximate and limited by weight or volume. Dense strand-woven (“heavy bamboo”, ~1050 kg/m³) panels load roughly one-third fewer. We confirm exact quantities per order.
