Any volume pricing, rebate or repeat-order terms must be confirmed in writing for the specific product, quantity, destination and order history.
HTR reviews OEM and ODM programmes for eligible products and feasible specifications. Scope may include material selection, dimensions and machining, finish, branding, labels, packaging and private label, subject to drawings or artwork, quantity, destination and document requirements. Regional exclusivity is reviewed case by case; there is no universal annual purchase threshold or automatic discount and marketing package. A proposal should define the region, product scope, sales channels, forecast, opening or trial orders, performance reviews, brand and intellectual-property use, marketing responsibilities and exit terms. Laser engraving can be evaluated for the selected bamboo veneer after reviewing thickness, finish, artwork and equipment. Settings and achievable detail depend on the actual material; test a representative sample before production.
Sampling is available after feasibility and specification review. Confirm whether you need a material swatch, finish sample, machined component or complete assembly; sample cost, quantity, courier method, preparation time and acceptance checks are quoted separately. A sample does not establish final production, freight or customs terms. Start with the sample request guide or send the product, dimensions, finish, quantity, destination and required checks.
Include drawings or 3D files with the dimensions, tolerances, material, finish and quantity for your brief. Common formats such as PDF, DWG, STP and SKP can be reviewed; HTR confirms the usable file set, feasibility and response timing for the project.
Low-emission configurations are available. We confirm the adhesive system and applicable test requirements by product, application and destination market; supporting reports are provided for the tested configuration.
Bamboo sourcing and environmental evidence should be matched to the quoted product and order. Where FSC claim eligibility applies, it is confirmed under the relevant licence scope; ask for the evidence that matches your destination and specification.
Shipment packaging may include wood, EPE or other protection depending on the product and route. Recyclability and disposal depend on the material, condition and local rules; confirm the packing plan for your shipment.
HTR does not publish one factory-wide carbon figure as proof for every product. A meaningful footprint claim needs a defined product and configuration, functional unit, system boundary, reporting period, material and energy inputs, allocation rules, and calculation or verification method. Review the available certifications and document scope, then ask which order-specific environmental evidence is available for your product and market.
Legality and sustainability evidence is reviewed against the product, supply chain, licence scope and destination. Confirm any FSC claim and supporting documents for the quoted order rather than infer full traceability from a general page.
Available third-party reports cover tested product configurations. Coverage, adhesive, thickness and destination requirements must be matched to the quoted configuration; additional testing can be discussed before production.
Report a quality concern with the order details, photos, affected quantity and packaging condition. Resolution, replacement, credit or another remedy is reviewed against the agreed specification, inspection evidence and order terms.
FSC claim eligibility is confirmed for eligible products and orders under the relevant licence scope. Other environmental or emissions requirements must be matched to the product configuration, destination market and order.
Fumigation and packaging-document requirements depend on the material, packing, destination and importer or broker. Confirm the requirements for the actual shipment; do not rely on a universal exemption.
Shipment weight and volume are calculated from the confirmed panel construction, finished dimensions, sheet count, conditioning basis, protection, pallet or crate, and route requirements. Do not use one universal density, pallet weight or fumigation assumption for planning. Ask for a pro forma packing list after the specification and quantity are confirmed. Review the shipping information or send the product, dimensions, quantity, destination and delivery term for an order-specific estimate.
Moisture-control packaging depends on the product, packing method, route and season. Where appropriate, moisture-resistant protection or desiccants can be included; confirm the actual packing plan before shipment. No packaging method guarantees mold-free cargo in every transit condition.
DDP may be available for eligible routes. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, duties, customs clearance and documents are confirmed by product, route, destination and importer; DDP is not universal.
Shipping cost and timing depend on product, packing, route, season and destination. Ask for a route-specific EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP quotation; transit and customs are additional where applicable.
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP may be quoted by route. Availability, documents, duties and importer responsibilities are confirmed for the product, destination and agreed specification.
Sample and production timing are confirmed after size, artwork, specification, quantity, deposit and destination review. Repeat orders can differ; transit is additional.
Payment milestones and available methods are quoted per order. Confirm the deposit, balance, currency and transfer method in the quotation before production.
MOQ, mix options and price breaks vary by product, construction, customization, packaging and destination. Confirm the final quantity terms in the quotation.
Bamboo countertop heat and scratch performance depends on construction, surface finish, edge treatment, use and exposure. Use trivets and avoid prolonged heat or moisture; confirm the care guidance for the quoted configuration before purchase.

Follow the selected coating manufacturer’s surface-preparation instructions and inspect the actual panel before production. Sanding grit, sealer or primer, dust removal and application method depend on the existing surface, finish system, equipment and desired appearance. Use the selected coating manufacturer’s current data sheet to determine film build, application method, drying and recoat conditions, and number of coats for the actual bamboo panel and use. Coat count alone is not a performance specification. Test the complete panel-and-finish system on a representative sample and record the product, surface preparation, application and cure. There is no universally “most eco-friendly” finish. Compare the coating’s declared ingredients and VOC data, substrate suitability, application and cure, maintenance, service life and end-of-life within a defined product system. “Natural” or oil-based does not by itself establish low emissions, indoor-air safety or lower environmental impact. Review the finish options and trade-offs, then request the applicable technical and safety data sheets before approving a representative sample.
Compare bamboo and hardwood plywood by construction, density, thickness, grade, adhesive, finish and intended application. There is no universal strength or carbon-footprint advantage by species alone; request configuration-specific evidence and a representative sample for your use case.
Refinishing may be possible after identifying the existing coating, panel construction, remaining face thickness, damage and intended replacement finish. Check coating compatibility, removal or sanding limits, application and cure rather than applying an arbitrary finish. Whether bamboo plywood can remain unfinished depends on the panel construction, intended exposure and required service life. An unfinished interior sample may be acceptable for evaluation, but exposed faces and edges can absorb moisture, stain or change appearance. Confirm the panel, adhesive, edge treatment, cleaning method and exposure before deciding.
