Payment. 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance by T/T before shipment. Repeat orders of a size we have already tooled skip step 3, which usually takes about three weeks out of the cycle.

Quantities. The 200-set minimum is the floor for branded production, not the size we prefer. A single recent run was 10,000 pieces in one diameter, and we quote container volumes for distributors on the same terms. Ask for the price break at your actual annual volume rather than at the MOQ.

Reworking existing stock. If you already hold needles from another factory that are the wrong diameter or taper, we also take in customer material for re-machining rather than making from scratch. Tell us what you have and what it should become.

Our minimum branding (OEM) order is 200 sets. We can also accept smaller trial orders on stock items — contact us with your requirements.

Samples take about 20 days, including custom sizes and engraving. Bulk production takes about 30 days, counted from the day the deposit clears and the specification and artwork are confirmed, not from the day you first enquire. Repeat orders of a size we have already produced skip the sampling stage and are correspondingly faster. Sea transit is additional and depends on your destination port.

30% deposit by T/T to start production and 70% balance by T/T before shipment. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Yantian, and DDP to your door; CIF is available on request. DDP is the usual choice for first orders and for buyers without their own forwarder.
