Bamboo Square Beams for OEM and Project Programs

Bamboo square beams are a reference format for furniture, interior and project applications. Confirm cross-section, length, tolerance, construction, finish, machining, load criteria, sample acceptance, quantity, destination and applicable documents before quotation. Send the specification through the RFQ path.

Order review points:

  • Dimensions and construction: Confirm cross-section, length, tolerance, layer build and adhesive system.
  • Application evidence: Confirm finish, machining, installation and any load or performance test required for the project.
  • Order documents: Confirm sample acceptance, packing, destination requirements and current certification scope.
Bamboo Square Beams | OEM Reference Dimensions
Size: Customer dimensions; confirm cross-section, length and tolerance per order.
Thickness: Reference thickness; confirm final cross-section and tolerance per order.
Material: Confirm construction and species per order.
Glue: Confirm adhesive system and destination suitability.
Confirm final dimensions, finish, machining and packing in the quotation.

Various Looks

The HTR® Beams are available in the colours Caramel and Natural, in both the extra hard High Density® version (tropical hardwood look – random line pattern) and the Side/Plain Pressed version (regular line pattern with bamboo nodes visible). Especially in the latter version, due to the construction in various layers, very beautiful line patterns come out after milling.

Various Sizes, Colors, And Styles

HTR ® Bamboo skin comes in various sizes, colors, and styles, and can be used with formaldehyde free adhesives (E0 standard). Our FSC® Chain-of-Custody certificate FSC-C210923 covers bamboo plywood and bamboo articles; it does not extend to veneer. HTR ® Bamboo skin mainly supplies A-class products (conventional colors) and can minimize waste in size cutting during processing.
