Use the selected coating manufacturer’s current data sheet to determine film build, application method, drying and recoat conditions, and number of coats for the actual bamboo panel and use. Coat count alone is not a performance specification. Test the complete panel-and-finish system on a representative sample and record the product, surface preparation, application and cure.
