Yes! Sample format, cost, courier method and preparation timing are confirmed after the specification is reviewed. A sample does not automatically establish final production, freight or customs terms.
Include drawings or 3D files with the dimensions, tolerances, material, finish and quantity for your brief. Common formats such as PDF, DWG, STP and SKP can be reviewed; HTR confirms the usable file set, feasibility and response timing for the project.
Fumigation and packaging-document requirements depend on the material, packing, destination and importer or broker. Confirm the requirements for the actual shipment; do not rely on a universal exemption.

Moisture-control packaging depends on the product, packing method, route and season. Where appropriate, moisture-resistant protection or desiccants can be included; confirm the actual packing plan before shipment. No packaging method guarantees mold-free cargo in every transit condition.
DDP may be available for eligible routes. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, duties, customs clearance and documents are confirmed by product, route, destination and importer; DDP is not universal.
