HTR reviews OEM and ODM programmes for eligible products and feasible specifications. Scope may include material selection, dimensions and machining, finish, branding, labels, packaging and private label, subject to drawings or artwork, quantity, destination and document requirements. Regional exclusivity is reviewed case by case; there is no universal annual purchase threshold or automatic discount and marketing package. A proposal should define the region, product scope, sales channels, forecast, opening or trial orders, performance reviews, brand and intellectual-property use, marketing responsibilities and exit terms. Send those details for an initial distribution review.
Fumigation and packaging-document requirements depend on the material, packing, destination and importer or broker. Confirm the requirements for the actual shipment; do not rely on a universal exemption.
Shipment weight and volume are calculated from the confirmed panel construction, finished dimensions, sheet count, conditioning basis, protection, pallet or crate, and route requirements. Do not use one universal density, pallet weight or fumigation assumption for planning. Ask for a pro forma packing list after the specification and quantity are confirmed. Review the shipping information or send the product, dimensions, quantity, destination and delivery term for an order-specific estimate.
Moisture-control packaging depends on the product, packing method, route and season. Where appropriate, moisture-resistant protection or desiccants can be included; confirm the actual packing plan before shipment. No packaging method guarantees mold-free cargo in every transit condition.
DDP may be available for eligible routes. EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms, duties, customs clearance and documents are confirmed by product, route, destination and importer; DDP is not universal.
Shipping cost and timing depend on product, packing, route, season and destination. Ask for a route-specific EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP quotation; transit and customs are additional where applicable.
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP may be quoted by route. Availability, documents, duties and importer responsibilities are confirmed for the product, destination and agreed specification.
Sample and production timing are confirmed after size, artwork, specification, quantity, deposit and destination review. Repeat orders can differ; transit is additional.
Payment milestones and available methods are quoted per order. Confirm the deposit, balance, currency and transfer method in the quotation before production.
