OEM & wholesale bamboo countertop and worktop supply

OEM bamboo countertops and worktops built from an approved specification

HTR supplies bamboo countertop and worktop projects as specification-led orders. Buyers can request full panels, cut-to-size blanks or reviewed CNC features, subject to the approved drawing and production scope. Construction, dimensions, edge profile, finish, cut-outs, moisture context, packing and destination all affect the quotation.

Choose the supply scope

  • Full worktop or panel: confirm finished length, width, thickness, tolerance, grain orientation and surface condition.
  • Cut-to-size blank: add part dimensions, edge requirements and the buyer’s machining allowance.
  • CNC-ready component review: provide a dimensioned drawing, cut-outs, radii, datum, visible faces and tolerance priorities. Use the bamboo CNC DFM checklist before pricing.

Reference sizes and construction questions

North American examples include 36″ × 72″ × 1.5″ and 30″ × 96″ × 1.5″. UK references include 2.0–4.0 m × 620–960 mm × 40 mm, while European examples include 2400 × 600 × 27 mm and 3000 × 700 × 40 mm. These are reference formats only; quote the exact finished size, tolerance, layup and usable-face requirement for your order.

State whether the project needs vertical or horizontal construction, the intended use area, the adhesive or emissions requirement, and the certificate or test-document scope. HTR confirms availability and applicable evidence against the quoted configuration.

Send a complete countertop RFQ

  • finished dimensions, tolerances, quantity and destination;
  • construction, grain orientation, visible faces and colour reference;
  • unfinished or finished surface, coating system and sheen where specified;
  • edge profile, sink or hob cut-outs, holes, radii and drawing revision;
  • use and moisture context, installation method and any customer test plan;
  • sample need, packing limits, pallet or carton requirements and requested documents.

Approve the sample before production release

Use a representative sample or first article to check construction, dimensions, colour, surface, edge and machining against the signed specification. Record the approved sample, drawing revision and acceptance method before production. The sample approval checklist shows the release sequence, while the bamboo countertop care guide helps the buyer align finish, installation and aftercare instructions.

Raw Material Production Testing

Before production, QC checkpoints can review panel surface, balance, internal or external gaps, dust and finishing readiness against the approved specification. Request the relevant inspection record for the quoted build.

Finished Product Testing

After production, the agreed QC plan may review coating, adhesion, scratch resistance, brightness and hardness using the relevant method. Results and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the quoted order; request the applicable report.

Packaging Inspection

Packaging inspection should confirm individual protection, package completeness and shipping marks against the packing list and route requirements. Agree protection and damage-reporting terms before shipment.
